With a passion for coaching and empowering clients to shape their life, along with a lifetime of experience in the finance industry, Robert brings his energy and enthusiasm to everything he does at Logic Partners as a Senior Finance Consultant.

When it’s time to relax and unwind, you’ll find Robert having a laugh at a favourite comedy, possibly accompanied by some homemade lasagna and sticky date pudding. You might even spot him hanging out at his favourite holiday spot: Port Douglas.

Starting in asset finance in 2010, Steven has gone on to study all aspects of Finance and Economics, applying his knowledge and experience to help clients understand what banks are really looking for in a client. He now specialises in complex lending structures, first home buyers, investors, self-employed borrowers and low doc lending.

When Steven isn’t at the grindstone sourcing lending solutions for his clients, he enjoys spending time with his dog, bush walking, taking in the culture of Melbourne and keeping up with the antics of his beloved Collingwood Magpies.

Shane has extensive experience in a range of industries, from finance to web development. But what really motivates him is helping everyday people create a better future for themselves and their families, while making sure they avoid the many hazards associated with property investing.

Outside of work, Shane is a keen stand up paddle boarder and snowboarder, with an appreciation for slow cooked smoked meats and Japanese. When he can, he loves to travel to the Rocky Mountains. He also has a labrador called Lulu.

Damian is a Senior Mortgage Broker with over 8 years’ experience. He has always had a focus on money & wealth creation from a young age. He started investing in his teenage years. This was funded by working 7 days a week and maintaining a minimum of 3 jobs at any one time. He quickly realised that he would not be able to maintain this forever and had to make smart decisions early on to ensure a comfortable and stress-free retirement. Damian purchased his first property at 22 and continues to add to his property portfolio whenever possible.

Outside of work Damian loves spending time with his family, staying active and watching movies either at home or at the cinema. He prefers Hoyts popcorn over Village.

Bianca is passionate about helping clients navigate the banking world, and has helped clients with their home loans, refinances, owner occupied properties, settlements and more. At Logic Partners, Bianca is the proud Office Manager, helping the team give clients the support they need to build their financial freedom and live their life on their terms.

When not being the office Queen, Bianca brightens everyone’s day with her cooking. She also loves spending time with family and taking long drives to new places.
